Clear terms for working with your AI team.

01

What an AI request does

EVE CXO, operated by AI Creates AI Inc., can process a prompt, selected files and authorized workspace context to produce a response or artifact. It may store the conversation and output as part of your workspace. Saved activity and operational records support the requested service; storing them does not itself authorize training.

According to configuration and authorized task, requests may use a local model or a hosted AI provider such as DeepInfra or OpenRouter; media-generation features may use a separate configured creative service such as OpenArt. The model, available tools and relevant context depend on configuration and the task. A missing provider must not be represented as a successful generation.

02

Customer learning is disabled

No customer-data improvement consent is active in the private operator release. Requests to grant training consent do not create permission for secondary processing. Customer learning must remain disabled for private production. Continuing onboarding, approving an output, selecting an example checkbox or accepting an unrelated agreement cannot switch it on.

Learning-related storage and code may exist, but that does not establish permission to capture customer material for improvement. Any future activation needs separately approved terms, a valid optional decision and verified controls at the actual processing boundary. Service access must not depend on that optional decision.

03

Requirements for any future improvement program

Any future proposal must explain what examples would be used, by whom, for what models and for how long. Identifying and confidential details would need to be removed through a verified process. Bank and financial-feed information, health information and legal documents are excluded from the proposed improvement scope; a consent choice alone cannot establish that classification or anonymization worked.

Withdrawal, deletion, provenance and handling of previously processed examples must be defined and tested before activation. This notice makes no promise of instant removal from backups or reversal of a trained model. No customer improvement collection is authorized by these policies.

04

Provider settings and sensitive information

Sending data to a model for inference is a separate disclosure from training that model. Provider-specific retention, downstream routing, training settings, locations and contracts must be verified before the deployment processes sensitive customer information. A local fallback does not prove that every request stays local.

Provide only information necessary for an authorized task. Do not put passwords or API keys in prompts; use the credential vault when authorized. Private access is not approval for regulated health processing, autonomous legal decisions or unrestricted financial transactions.

05

Outputs, tools and external actions

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or non-unique. Check factual claims, calculations, rights and suitability before use. EVE does not provide a substitute for qualified legal, medical or financial advice. Your organization remains responsible for consequential decisions.

A draft, saved artifact or internal approval does not authorize sending, publishing or spending. The private release keeps external delivery and paid advertising off. Tool permissions, human approvals and deployment controls continue to apply.

06

Your rights and requests

You retain your input rights and, as between you and the company, any rights available in generated outputs, subject to law, third-party rights and your written agreement. No exclusivity or copyrightability is guaranteed.

For access, correction, export or deletion requests, use your existing authorized company contact or signed-in Help. Identity and workspace authority must be verified. See the Privacy Policy for retention limits and regional rights. This notice does not request or grant optional customer model-improvement consent.
