Company and product

AI Creates AI Inc. is the legal company operating EVE CXO. EVE CXO is its product, not a separate legal entity.

For EVE CXO, use sholom@aicreates.ai for legal notices, privacy and data-rights requests, support, refunds and cancellations. Formal postal notices may be sent to the company's registered mailing address shown here. We verify identity and authority before disclosing or changing account and workspace records.

The registered company and its private-release notice arrangements are identified below. These policies do not create a new subscription or commercial offer.

Private access and public launch

Private access is limited to individually authorized participants and workspaces. It does not authorize customer admission, checkout, external sends, paid advertising or customer learning. Existing signed agreements continue to govern their scope.

Public customer admission and provider activation remain separate Owner decisions. The API prohibition on unapproved customer-learning consent stays in place.
