Operator, scope and agreement
AI Creates AI Inc. operates EVE CXO (EVE, we, us). These Terms describe the rules for authorized use of our business workspace service. They take effect for a user when the approved version is presented and accepted through an authorized process or incorporated into a signed agreement. Reading a page or continuing setup does not create a paid subscription or authorize public customer admission. An existing signed agreement continues to govern its own scope.
Private access is limited to people and workspaces individually authorized by the operator. Access does not authorize inviting customers, activating integrations, sending messages, buying advertisements or enabling customer-data learning. These actions remain subject to separate permissions and release controls.
Eligibility and workspace access
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business whose account you use. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and tell the operator promptly about suspected misuse. Do not share another person’s session or use access that was not assigned to you.
Workspace membership and role determine what you may see and do. Your organization’s authorized administrators can manage access and business records within their authority. Owner administration is a separate restricted role. A credential stored in the vault does not itself authorize an external action.
Service and human review
EVE supports conversations, onboarding, saved documents, department work, activity, creative outputs and drafts. A feature’s presence in the interface does not mean its provider is configured or its delivery is enabled. Review availability and errors in the application. No uptime, response-time or commercial-result guarantee is created by these Terms. The service is offered as available except for any express commitment in a signed agreement. Mandatory rights remain.
AI can produce incorrect, incomplete, biased or similar-to-others content. Check facts, rights and suitability before using an output. EVE does not replace a licensed legal, medical, accounting or financial professional. You remain responsible for consequential decisions and for approvals given by your organization.
Acceptable use and connected services
Do not use EVE unlawfully, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, impersonate others, distribute malware, send spam, evade access controls, extract another workspace’s records or obtain secrets without authority. Do not submit material you lack permission to process. Use only the minimum sensitive information needed for an authorized task.
Connecting a service permits only the requested and authorized operations. That provider’s terms also apply. Social posts, advertisements, outreach and other external actions require their own permissions and approvals. The private release keeps delivery and paid advertising off; saving or approving a draft does not override that restriction.
Your data and outputs
You retain rights in the material you provide. As between you and AI Creates AI Inc., you retain any rights available in outputs generated for you, subject to applicable law, third-party rights and your existing written agreement. We do not promise that an output is unique, copyrightable or free of third-party claims.
You permit the processing needed to perform your authorized requests, maintain the workspace, provide support, protect the service and comply with law. This is not permission to train models on customer data. Customer learning and consent grants remain disabled in the current release. Orders, charges and cancellation
Any paid order must identify the service, price, currency, billing interval, applicable taxes, usage limits, renewal terms and any minimum commitment before payment is authorized. Existing signed orders take priority for their commercial terms. The pricing catalog is not evidence of an active subscription or an authorized charge.
The current release disables new checkout, paid-subscription changes and payment-provider calls. Square is the designated payment provider for a separately approved payment release. Cancellation and refunds follow your accepted order, any applicable published guarantee and mandatory law; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy. These Terms do not change pricing or existing commitments.
Suspension, termination and data
The operator may restrict access when reasonably needed to address unauthorized use, a security incident, legal requirements or a material breach. Where lawful and practicable, the operator should explain the restriction and provide a way to request review. Immediate containment may precede notice.
Ending access does not automatically delete records or cancel a separate signed payment obligation. Request export, correction or deletion through your existing authorized company contact or the signed-in Help channel. Identity and workspace authority must be verified. Legal, security, contractual and backup constraints may affect what can be deleted and when.
Responsibility, disputes and changes
Mandatory rights and remedies remain available. These Terms do not impose a special damages cap, indemnity, exclusive court venue, mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver. Any additional negotiated allocation of liability must appear in an approved written agreement and comply with applicable law. Disputes otherwise follow applicable law and the courts that have jurisdiction.
Raise concerns through your existing authorized company contact so the parties can try to resolve them. The operator will identify final policies by version and effective date and provide notice of material changes through an appropriate account or agreed contact channel. A policy update never supplies new consent for customer-data learning. The published policy version and effective date are shown above once the Terms have been approved.
