What browser storage does
Cookies are browser values that can accompany requests to a relevant service. Local storage remains in your browser for an origin; session storage generally lasts for a tab session. EVE and its identity service use browser state to support sign-in, security and application preferences. Server-side workspace records are separate from browser storage.
Essential functions and providers
Clerk manages hosted authentication and its session state. Application preferences can persist locally between visits. Exact cookie names, domains and lifetimes depend on the deployed identity configuration and browser, so this notice does not invent an unverified cookie inventory or expiration period.
The cookies and local browser storage actually used depend on the deployed identity and application services. We will update this notice as the verified storage inventory changes. Payment and external advertising functions are disabled in the proposed private release.
Optional measurement and advertising
The private release does not authorize optional analytics or advertising tracking. Any future nonessential tracker must be disclosed, and consent or withdrawal controls provided when required by applicable law.
Before enabling optional tracking, the operator must identify its provider, purpose, data and retention, and implement any required choice and withdrawal controls. Browser settings can block or remove site data, but a future preference feature will be described only if actually available.
Your browser choices
Use your browser’s site-data settings to inspect, block or clear cookies and local storage. Clearing authentication state may sign you out; blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or saved preferences. Choices made in one browser do not automatically apply to another device.
Clearing browser data does not cancel an order, delete saved server-side work or withdraw a server-side decision. Use the authorized company contact or signed-in Help for those requests.
Separate from AI and workspace data
Browser storage permission does not authorize model training. Customer learning and consent grants remain disabled pending an approved policy. Refer to the Privacy Policy and AI & Data Use notice for workspace information, providers and rights requests.
