Payment status and accepted orders
AI Creates AI Inc. operates EVE CXO. The current private release disables new checkout, paid-subscription changes and payment-provider calls. Private access does not enroll you in a plan or charge your payment method. Existing invoices and signed agreements remain governed by their own terms.
Before any separately approved paid purchase, the accepted offer must show price and currency, taxes, billing interval, renewal price, any minimum term, included usage, additional charges and the cancellation method. Square is the designated processor for a separately approved checkout release, but live checkout remains disabled in this private release.
Price locks and renewals
A separately approved paid offer may describe monthly plans or a time-limited promotional price. The actual accepted order must explain its duration, renewal conditions and any minimum service commitment before a charge. This policy does not create a new plan, commitment or pricing promise.
Cancellation stops future renewal in accordance with the accepted order and applicable law. The order must state the effective date and any required notice before purchase. No new cancellation fee, notice period or automatic-renewal permission is created here.
Refunds and advertised guarantees
No general 30-day money-back guarantee applies to this private release. If an existing accepted agreement explicitly offers a refund guarantee, its actual eligibility, deadline and exclusions govern. The company will disclose any new guarantee's details before it is offered to future paying customers.
Refunds required by law, an accepted guarantee or a signed agreement remain available. For other requests, the operator will review the payment, service supplied and applicable terms and explain its decision. This policy imposes no universal no-refunds rule or invented processing deadline.
Request cancellation or a refund
Contact the company representative responsible for your existing order, or submit a signed-in Help request identifying your workspace, the transaction reference and the requested cancellation or refund. Do not include full card numbers, passwords or bank credentials. The operator must verify account authority before changing an order.
Ask for written confirmation of the cancellation’s effective date or the refund decision. The company publishes sholom@aicreates.ai for contact and terms questions. The EVE notice email and postal address are published in the Legal & Trust page. Do not send payment-card details or credentials by email. For an approved refund, the original payment route should be used where supported, subject to processor and bank handling.
Custom work and disputes
Enterprise services, add-ons, custom builds and implementation work may be governed by a separate signed scope. That scope should state deliverables, milestones, fees and cancellation or refund terms before work or charges begin. This policy creates no new custom-work cancellation penalty.
If a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, promptly use the existing company contact and preserve the transaction reference. Nothing here limits mandatory payment-dispute, consumer or other statutory remedies.
Access and data after cancellation
Cancellation, access termination and data deletion are separate actions. The applicable order determines any remaining access; no fixed post-cancellation retention or export window is promised in this policy. Request an export while you have authorized access when possible, and use the Privacy request process for correction or deletion.
Necessary legal, transaction, security or backup records may remain subject to applicable requirements. Customer learning remains disabled. Public customer admission and new paid offers remain subject to separate release approval.
