Clear terms for working with your AI team.

01

Operator and processing roles

AI Creates AI Inc. operates EVE CXO. This policy describes account and workspace data used in the restricted private operator release. A listed provider is not necessarily active, approved for sensitive data or covered by a separate customer processing agreement.

For account administration, service security and its own business records, the company determines how information is used. For business content processed on a customer’s instructions, the customer determines the purpose and the company provides the service. The precise legal roles, applicable regional requirements and any required data-processing agreement must be settled before admitting that customer.

02

Information processed

Depending on the features you use, information includes sign-in identifiers and workspace membership; business and onboarding details; messages, prompts, uploaded files and generated outputs; saved documents, tasks, drafts and activity; authorized integration data; support reports and diagnostics; billing or commitment records; and security and operational logs.

Some features can involve contact lists, financial records, legal documents, voice recordings or transcripts, and health-related inputs. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information. Private access does not establish suitability for regulated health data, a medical service or a sector-specific compliance agreement.

Clerk provides hosted identity. The vault encrypts stored credentials and applies authorization and audited reveal controls. Authorized runtime operations can use a stored secret; encryption does not mean that the service can never access it. Do not put credentials into conversations or support reports.

03

Purposes and workspace boundaries

Information is processed to provide requested workspace functions, preserve saved work, manage authorized access, answer support requests, detect misuse, maintain reliability and meet applicable obligations. Authorized organization members may see shared business content according to their roles. Operator access is restricted separately.

Access to a workspace is restricted according to the authenticated user's permitted role and organization membership. Customer content is not authorized for another customer’s tasks. This private release does not authorize selling customer information or using it for behavioral advertising.

04

AI processing and learning

A model may process the information needed to answer an authorized request. Inference can take place on a configured local runtime or a selected hosted provider. Customer learning, improvement consent grants and customer secondary-use permission remain disabled in the private operator release. An existing checkbox, old training marker or policy update cannot enable them.

No claim is made that every model provider has zero retention or never trains on submissions. Selected providers, routing, contractual terms, processing locations and retention settings must be verified for the exact deployment before sensitive data is sent. See the AI & Data Use notice.

05

Service providers and disclosure

Depending on authorized features, EVE uses Clerk for identity, Vercel for the website, company-managed application and database hosting, and configured local or hosted AI inference. The product can also integrate with additional providers for creative work, payments or communication when separately activated. Google, social, advertising and financial connectors may be available when separately authorized. A provider mentioned here is not necessarily enabled for this release or authorized to process regulated information.

Payments and external delivery remain disabled for this private release. Enabling a provider requires its own data-flow, credential and permission review. Only data needed for an authorized operation should be supplied. Information may also be disclosed where legally required, to protect rights or security, or to professional advisers under appropriate duties. Any cross-border processing requires a review of applicable transfer safeguards; no specific transfer mechanism is claimed here.

06

Retention, security and deletion

Records are retained for the service purpose and applicable contractual, security and legal needs. There is no verified universal retention period in this release. An approved retention schedule must address active records, logs, exports, provider copies and backups separately. Removing an item from a screen is not proof that every copy has been erased.

You may request access, correction, export, restriction or deletion through your existing authorized company contact or signed-in Help. The operator verifies identity and workspace authority, assesses legal and retention requirements, and explains the result or any restriction. Applicable legal response periods and rights take priority. A deletion request does not promise immediate backup erasure or removal of influence from a previously trained model.

Access controls, encryption and audit records reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security. Report suspected unauthorized access without sending passwords, full payment credentials or unnecessary personal information.

07

Choices and regional rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, appeal a decision or complain to a supervisory authority. The operator must assess the applicable request and explain any lawful refusal. Exercising a legal right does not authorize access to someone else’s workspace.

Optional model-improvement consent is separate from service access and is currently unavailable. Browser controls can remove site storage but do not delete server records. EVE is intended for adults aged 18 or over; notify the operator if information about a child has been submitted without appropriate authority.
