XRELTY is an acquisition intelligence platform that connects property information, photographs, recorded sales and source-backed research in a private working view. The aim is to make the questions behind a property opportunity easier to investigate before an acquisition decision.
The intended users are property investors and teams comparing potential purchases. A useful dossier brings identity and characteristics together with transaction history, valuation questions and the evidence behind a preliminary research priority.
Its automated source and enrichment work is designed to build a fuller property record rather than leave the user with a bare address or an unexplained score. Research findings and preliminary valuations need to remain traceable to their inputs and subject to human review.
